眉山的马旺子餐厅也是有宴席承接,成都太古里也有了,正好,成都的排队太吓人了,朋友过生就选了这边,地段又好,又在太古里那么洋气的商圈,不错环境很好,毕竟没开好久嘛,菜品确实不错,每样菜味道都还好,而且服务真的很好的

    无论是门店的装潢还是菜式的摆盘,都彰显着马旺子川小馆是一家走时尚、精品路线的川菜馆。但实际上他们可是流淌着正宗川菜血统的老字号餐厅。门口牌子上写着创始于1923年。现在也算是一家网红店,但无论是菜品还是服务都让人感觉到非常的满意。这家店位于太古里亚朵酒店楼下。在等菜上桌之前,先来了壶老鹰茶。老鹰茶又名老荫茶或红白茶,泡饮时较清香,滋味厚实,先涩后甘,滋味浓而口劲大。据说有有“止咳、祛痰、平喘、消暑解渴”等功效。无论你是否喜欢喝茶,都建议尝试一下,非常有特色。菜式也非常丰富,分为冷菜、蒸菜、热菜、小吃、主食、茶水等。除了夫妻肺片等那几样常见的经典川菜,还点了几样平时比较少见的川菜。特别介绍两样不辣的四川经典名菜,没错, 四川的经典名菜也有没有红油的菜品哦。首先就是有百余年历史的鸡豆花,是川中清淡醇厚的代表菜之一,她家做的汤非常清澈,但又极具鲜美。而漂浮在清汤上的鸡豆花虽然看似豆花,其实是以鸡肉为主料做的,但口感却胜似豆花,正所谓“吃鸡不见鸡,不似鸡肉,恰似鸡肉,胜似鸡肉”。另外一道是甜烧白,这也是一道四川的传统名菜。其实就是将豆沙夹入五花肉片蒸至酥软作甜食。吃起来鲜香甜糯,色泽红亮,咸鲜味浓,耙软适度,肥而不腻,色感口感俱佳。而且小小的一份,即使是不爱甜味菜式的朋友也值得尝尝这独特的甜味川菜。整体的服务还不错,人均一百多一些。

    很有味道的一家川菜馆,位于成都的新地标太古里旁,坐拥两层楼的一家川菜小馆,内部装修均都是原木色、竹子系列的设计,干净整洁,所以被很多年轻人喜欢,成为一家有情调的川菜馆。店里搁筷子的花生特别有创意,还有都是小分量的菜,反倒是可以品尝更多的菜式。点了知名的几个菜,酸菜鱼、甜烧白,甜皮鸭,酱萝卜,婉婉旺,红糖锅盔,回锅肉,冰粉,都非常不错。店里的服务也不错,买单价格也不贵,环境也很好,很推荐
