Mount Tsukuba Review

The scenery is good, the plants are lush, the Tsukuba Shrine and the bus terminal are called cuckoos in both places, both places can be up and down, I went on Monday. There are not many people. I like this kind of wild mountain. The mountain is not very high. It will not be particularly tired to climb up, but the road is not particularly regular. Some roads are steep, and then about half of the whole journey is a rocky road. I personally feel very interesting, but the elderly must be very careful. No matter how old adults and children are best sneakers, I am a full flip flop, but I grew up in the mountains when I was a child. Tsukuba Mountain stands on the Kanto Plain, with beautiful scenery, since ancient times it has been known as "Fuji in the west and Tsukuba in the east". Tsukuba Mountain has changed colors such as blue, green and purple in the morning and evening, and is also known as "Purple Peak". Tsukuba Mountain is 877 meters above sea level. It consists of the male mountain on the west side (871 meters above sea level) and the female mountain on the east side (877 meters above sea level), the mountain is beautiful, often used to be compared with Mount Fuji, so there has been a "Western Fuji, East Tsukuba" statement since ancient times.

It is a perfect mountain for a beginner hiker. The summit is achievable within 1.5 hours. There are some festivals held occasionally, such as the Ume (plum) festival from which you can enjoy the beautiful plum flowers while waiting for the beautiful sakura within weeks later; autumn festival around November to enjoy the locals' hospitality and their products.

The mountain is not big, locals will come to climb the mountain, there are few tourists, and it is very good to feel the scenery of nature.

The cherry blossoms are beautiful. It's far from Tokyo, but it's worth going.
