帕罗宗堡是之前不丹的政治文化宗教中心，于50年代迁都后，这里就成为纯粹的宗教中心。里面的壁画很多，值得欣赏。外观看上去非常大气，400来年还依然坚固，不得不说当年人的智慧了



它是不丹最为知名的寺庙，也是我们见到的不丹建筑里最好的。它建造在险峻的山崖之上，坐拥帕罗峡谷的迷人景致。院内宽敞，明亮。由于我们去的时间较晚，院子里很安静，只见到几位匆匆而过的喇嘛。
