Ruiyudu was founded in the Qingxianfeng period (1853), and has a history of about 140 years. The original owner was born in the famous Huishangmen, and the building concentrated on its management ideas and ideological awareness: a yuanbao-style brick carving on the door cover, engraved with the words "rich and expensive", and the four words "shoudao contains and" on the stone carving on the right corner of the courtyard; The terrace has four water return hall, water resources are said to be rich, the terrace around the bird hand-carved gold on the four seasons of flowers and birds, representing the spring back to the earth, the four seasons to make a family rich.

Ruiyuting is located in the scenic spot of Xidi Ancient Village in Huangshan Mountain. It is a building here. 瑞玉庭位于横路街口，为前后背向三间二楼建筑。正厅前有小庭院，置有石几、石凳、石鱼盆及假山、花木盆景等。庭院有一门洞，洞额为“履道含和”四字。前厅正堂雀替上描金透雕有“丹凤朝阳”、“凤打牡丹”、“鸳鸯戏水”、“喜鹊登梅”四季图。瑞玉庭有一幅最能体现徽商理念的对联，“快乐每从辛苦得，便宜多自吃亏来。”来西递的游客都要来看一看。
