Yangming Cave Review

Yangmingdong, Longchang-Inn Station: Yangmingdong, a holy place of Wang Xue, is located in Dongqixia Mountain, Xiuwen County, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. In 2006, Yangmingdong was announced by the State Council as one of the sixth batch of key cultural relics protection units in the country. Because the famous philosopher and educator Wang Yangmingxuan of the Ming Dynasty was a Longchang (now Xiuwen County) when he lived in this cave in Zhengde three years (1508). Wang Shouren was writing here in this three years, his famous "to conscience", "to know and do together" and some prose famous for the population. There are several Qing Dynasty buildings next to the cave, and there are many stone inscriptions. Wang Yang Ming Zhengde three years (1508) spring arrived in Longchang. "Longchang understanding" is the most important turning point in Wang Yangming's life; the founding of "Knowledge and Action" doctrine is an important breakthrough in the history of philosophy; the founding of "Longgang Academy" is a new milestone in the history of Guizhou education. All his achievements since then are due to "Dragon Field Enlightenment". "Dragon Field Enlightenment" has become a cultural event with great impact, and Xiu Wenlong Field has become a place that experts, scholars and politicians have longed for for a hundred years, and is known as "Wang Xue Holy Land".
