One of the best intercontinental hotels we have ever been too. Classy hotel and fantastic amenities. Shaheedah from Egypt did our checkin smoothly. Abdou helped with our bags. All the staff were well trained and took care of the guests. One thing that could be changed is someone should be attending at the checkin/check out counters to avoid annoying customers because no one could make out who was next in the queue. Food was amazing and the beach and pool awesome. Although in January when we went the sea water was too cold and very windy. So beach was difficult to swim in but the pool was temperature controlled. Great hotel and value for money. Also the pressure of the showers should be increased if possible. And better shampoo should be arranged too.

The hotel is large and has complete facilities. Half of it is sea water and half is mountain. It is a hotel between the mountain and the sea. Don't worry about the flavor. The breakfast is also delicious. The service attitude is also very good. Recommended

The Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is an excellent choice for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in Ras Al Khaimah. Its beautiful beachfront location, impressive pools, elegant rooms, and attentive staff create a memorable experience. While it's relatively new, and some minor ”teething” problems have been mentioned, the resort is clearly striving to deliver a top-tier experience. It's highly recommended for families and couples seeking a serene and sophisticated retreat.

The hotel is located on the beachfront. It is a massive hotel with lots of activities to do which includes 5 swimming pools, spa, beach football and volleyball, small waterpark and gym as well. We had a fantastic staycation. The buffet breakfast was amazing with great Indian vegetarian options as well. Overall I had fun and would really recommend it to anyone planning their trip to Marjan Island, Ras al Khaimah.

The room was clean and the environment was good. It was convenient to swim on the beach or in the swimming pool, and it was also convenient to eat. I brought my family here and they were all very satisfied.

I had a good stay . The hotel is clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The outdoor pool was great, especially with it being right on the beach—perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was a bit small, though. Breakfast was decent, but I wish they had more vegetarian options. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re on a budget and want to be by the beach.

Seeing the recommendation of travel bloggers on Xiaohong, I chose to go on a weekend trip. It is a very beautiful tent hotel with many activities in the hotel. The breakfast is very good and very comfortable. If it is not time, it is best to stay for 2 nights!

Traveling with my family, it was my first time to Ras Al Khaimah. Because of Eid, the hotel was very busy and I had to wait for more than an hour to check in. The beach is beautiful and there is a standard golf course. The room is relatively large, and there is no problem for a family of four. There are two large beds and a sofa. Overall, the room is good. There is a cloakroom and the partition is good and convenient. The children had a lot of fun. There is a swimming pool for children.

It is very good hotel , I like to stay in Rixos , the food was very testy , but the room service in my last stay was not as much as I expected ,,, not as usual , so it need to improve it , I request blanket , at night but nobody come ,,,, but over all I like this hotel ,,,

1. Leaving the room to the sea at 8 am, I turn on the ”clean up” button. At 6 pm (sunset) on the beach they whistle for everyone to get out of the sea and leave the beach. I come to the room at 6:05 pm - they are just entering to clean the room. You stand wet in the corridor under the air conditioners and wait for them to clean up. It is not clear for whom the green ”clean up” light was on for 10 hours. The most useless thing in this hotel is the ”clean up” button. Lack of organization of the cleaning process (time). 2. The fire alarm went off several times in the middle of the night. 3. Very bad towels both in the room and on the beach: old, poorly washed, with some kind of discharge, stains, grayish. 4. Three times in 2 weeks they gave 20 grams of soap (the size of a coin) to the room. 5. They give two bottles of water per day, 500 grams each. To the room. In 40 ° heat. Usually in the Emirates they put four everywhere. You can ask and they will give it to you, but you have to look for it. 6. The socket for charging the phone at the table is far from the bed. 7. Very bad Wi-Fi. It only works well in the morning until 7 am while everyone is sleeping. Then the whole day until late evening there is almost no signal.
