Very good. The front desk lady was very nice and had given me a free upgrade. Conveniently located and beautifully designed. Close to the tram station as well and has a lidl nearby. Historical, classy, clean. Would recommend to people who visits Geneva, prefers location close to the station and is on a budget yet wants a quality choice. The staff was also very considerate. The only misgiving i had was regarding the restaurant (le bistro) downstairs. It was after hours (ie in the afternoon where no patrons were having lunch), but the staff, esp the chef, was not very polite to the guests. Apparently he had some misgivings to potential customers or preferred to let people feel unwelcomed, one can only guess. But i suppose they are quasi-independent from the hotel, so that was that.

Wow what an incredible hotel! We started off arriving super early to hotel even though check in was meant to be at 3. To our surprise the lovely hotel staff let us check in early and issued our free geneva travel pass and showed us to our rooms. Onto our room, it was very clean, so spacious with ample storage space and safe, TV and amazing views overlooking the alps. The walk in shower was the highlight and has been sorely missed since getting back home. The hotel has everything you need, restaurant bar, 24 hour reception service, small gym and added sauna which is all included free of charge. The location is very handy only being a 10 minute bus from the airport and tram outside the hotel that goes straight into geneva city centre. The staff were so helpful and welcoming and made our stay 10/10. Will definitely be back to this hotel again couldnt have had a better time.

I recently stayed at Novotel Genève Centre and had a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly convenient, close to Lake Geneva and major attractions. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring a seamless experience. A perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers !

The patient answers from the front desk staff make tourists relax! The nostalgic little elevator is very safe and can accommodate one or two people at a time! The room is warmly decorated and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on! Breakfast is rich and fresh! Almost all the dining facilities and pots and pans are available, so it is suitable for friends who live in the medium and long term. Services: Since the first party was close to midnight, I thought there would be no service at the front desk, but after communicating with the hotel in advance, the hotel will prepare for the corresponding check-in. The email includes room card, check-in message, external door password, WiFi password, etc., which is very practical. We arrived at the hotel at 23:00 that day and there was a little handsome guy to help checkin, very good. Health: Very clean, the hotel is newly opened soon, the decoration and furniture are very new, and the public areas are very clean. In general, it is still possible to find a newly opened hotel with cold air conditioning near the Geneva train station, and the price of 1500 is acceptable.

The rooms are very good. The train arrived in Geneva at midnight, and the taxi drove to Geneva in just over ten minutes. Even if you arrive late at night, the front desk staff is very welcoming. You need to pay to sit in the area on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is great!

Overall, I was very satisfied. They gave us the room in advance, but one room was not cleaned properly. There was food left by the previous guest after we entered the room. After contacting them, they cleaned it up immediately. The environment is good, and there is 🚗 airport shuttle. The front desk was very polite and the service was good.
