How to use
After the supplier manually issues the voucher, the QR code voucher will be sent to you via the Trip.com app message interface. Simply locate the corresponding lounge and present the QR code for scanning and redemption.
If there are many users on the day, the onsite staff will coordinate the usage time based on flights. Your understanding is appreciated.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 20:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 20:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1. Most VIP lounges are located airside. If you have a request to check in early to access the lounge, please contact your airline for early check-in arrangements as we are unable to provide this information.
2. If the lounge is full due to special circumstances, please wait patiently in line. As lounge usage fluctuates, we cannot predict the number of guests at your arrival time.
