It was a great experience. The package I bought on Ctrip was a great deal, cheaper than buying it directly at the counter, and it even included a serving of takoyaki at the 58th-floor restaurant.
The scenery was also amazing. Highly recommended.★

We used it for a trip from Osaka to Hiroshima, and it paid for itself completely. It also covers the ferry to Miyajima Island. We got the pass at the information desk at Osaka Station, where we also reserved our Shinkansen seat. To use it on the ferry, we simply went to the red (important!!!) JR ticket booth and paid only the visitor tax at the machine. For the trip from Hiroshima to Osaka, we purchased our own ticket at the green terminal, and everything worked perfectly. It's a very convenient pass; it's a shame we didn't find out about it sooner, as we could have saved a decent amount on our trip to Himeji. I recommend it.★

This pass is absolutely amazing!!! Combined with the Amanohashidate entrance fee, the round trip to Amanohashidate alone is enough to break even!!! All other attractions are practically free!★

I previously used the KANSAI RAILWAY PASS LITE to ride many private railways in the Kansai region, including Hankyu, Hanshin, Kintetsu, Nankai, Keihan, and Osaka Metro (note that it cannot be used on JR West, Kyoto Municipal Subway, Keihan-Otsu Line, and Randen). There's no need to exchange for a physical ticket, and no more waiting for service center opening hours. Just use the link in the email voucher to start using it anytime, anywhere on your mobile phone; you can even activate it after landing. Most station entrances now have QR codes. The turnstiles with the code work smoothly. However, when riding on routes requiring a pass (such as the Hankai Railway), the driver may not be familiar with the new pass's arrangements. It's recommended to be patient and communicate with the driver. For routes listed on the official website, the basic fare is always included (excluding reserved seats on limited-seat trains like the Kintetsu Limited Express and Nankai Limited Express, which can be purchased separately). You will never need to pay extra.
It's advisable to download the English instruction manual beforehand for communication with station staff or drivers if necessary.
