It's a great viewing platform, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the Gold Coast coastline. Half of it faces the city, and the other half the ocean. It wasn't crowded, making it perfect—quiet and relaxing. We arrived around noon, took a quick look around, took some photos, and then sat on the sofa for a while, using our phones before leaving. Buying tickets through Ctrip was very convenient and helpful.

Great tour of the area, and of course the highlight of the trip is going from the road to the water! Our guide, Sophie, was great and had a really lovely, friendly manner with all of us on the tour! The captain was good as well with plenty of knowledge about the area. This is a quick tour to give a good overview of the main area of surfers in a unique vessel. Great for kids, as all the kids had an opportunity to drive the duck in the water!

The project was fun, but booking through Ctrip was outrageous. We were traveling as a family and had a child ticket. We thought that although Ctrip was more expensive than other platforms, the service was reliable. As a result, the location of the child ticket we received was wrong! Moreover, the child ticket was the first of all orders. Since we were in a hurry the day before, we did not open the map to check. We directly copied the address and took a taxi. As a result, we arrived 20 minutes early and found that the location was wrong! The correct address was actually closer to our hotel. We wasted $15 on the taxi alone, not to mention the impact on the mood of the whole family. In the end, Ctrip's feedback was also very careless. It only explained that the supplier marked it wrong. It was really a big mistake.

It's actually a bit difficult. It's very hard to stand on the board and keep your balance. It's also very tiring. But my child loves it so much that she strongly asked to sign up for another class the next day. She was ranked first in her favorite sport, hahahaha

An hour of tour was so relaxing. Crossing from land to water and vice versa was fascinating. Tour guides were fun and informative. Registration was quick, our tickets were already printed by staff before we arrived and didn't need any more details or IDs. The given time frame was also followed. Overall, very good!

The Hot Air Ballooning experience was truly unforgettable. Our pilot, Jay, was incredible and made the flight spectacular. The early wake up was well worthwhile, I would highly recommend this to everyone. The champagne breakfast was the perfect end to a perfect experience.
