its a hill in the city center, which has always been blamed for the poor mobile phone signal on one side, you climb up sees the entire city and that's it, nothing very spectacular!

Revisiting

Climbing the steps is a challenge for people like me who don't exercise. One can view different parts of the city on different parts of the hill. I prefer the side facing the mountains & the "punongs"...
