Awesome!
We had a multigenerational family group, ages 9-93. The group ticket sales staff were very professional and helpful, and the staff when we got into the arena was very kind and helpful with the elderly relative in a wheelchair, being knowledgeable, efficient, and pointing us in the correct directions. The Nuggets were fun to watch! It was an electric atmosphere and we are so glad we got to go to our first NBA game!

I was seated in section 302 for the Madonna concert. Acoustics were HORRIBLE!!! All I could hear was pulsing, ear splitting bass and distortion. Maybe because most of the speakers were suspended from the ceiling and pointed right at me. Could barely make out which songs were being performed. Unacceptable for a VERY expensive concert ticket. Seats in balcony sections are at a dizzying steep angle and narrow. Felt like walking a precarious high wire to get past others just to get to my seat. Knees and tips of my shoes were up against the seat in front of me. No room for elbows and cup holders are nearly useless in such cramped spaces. Be prepared to sit in one mummy-like position for hours! Parking was expensive at $30. They don't take cash at concessions, so make sure you have other payment options. The worst thing about the experience was shelling out nearly $500/couple (tics, fees, parking) only to be miserably uncomfortable and unable to hear the songs at a music event. Ridiculous! I will never go to a concert at this venue again.

Ball Arena didn’t care about my child with a disability. Upon booking, we were informed by phone call with Customer Service that my child would be recognized for his disability, and would be accommodated through Gate 1. We arrived at Gate 1 and were refused accommodations. Although we were cleared with Customer Service, the gatekeeper told us our child didn’t qualify as a disability?? Wow. After filing a complaint with the Customer Service Manager, we were told we would get a call back to address the situation, but never did. We paid a lot of money to attend an event at Ball Arena, and overall, our night was shot due to this. Wasted money. Will never attend another event at Ball Arena.
