    Beautiful

    Beautiful lake to hike up to. Late June was rainy but that was alright...raincoat and umbrellas didn't stop us. Very green and start of wildflower season.

    Beautiful In The Summer!

    My wife and I traveled to Crested Butte in August and did some sight seeing. I never knew that there was so much to do up there in the Summer. Meridian Lake was beautiful.

    Good warm up

    We used this hike as our first day of altitude acclimatization stroll. It does have a bit of up (if you come up via the dirt road) at the beginning but then it is relatively flat. It has nice views....
