Climb the mountain trail from the Chausu Mountain trailhead and first go to Chausu Mountain. After enjoying the view here, trek to the summit of Hachimantai. There are places where water flows along the way and the scaffolding is bad, but if you skillfully avoid it and proceed steadily, you will reach Gentamori. If you climb a steep climb 20m on your right from the course, you will arrive at the open observatory. On this day, I was able to see 100 famous mountains such as Mt. Chokai, Mt. Iwate, Mt. Hakkoda, and Mt. Iwaki in a row.
