Guangming Temple
Original Text
Konkomyozan Komyoji Temple is a temple located in Tenryu-ku, Hamamatsu City. The highlight of this temple is Daikoku-sama, a wood carving made of one wood. It's the largest in Japan, so it's worth seeing. The benefits include good luck, no disease, prosperity of the company, prosperity of business, academic achievement and prayer for passing, good relationship, traffic safety, victory, physical and mental stability, maritime safety, and great fishing satisfaction.
I visited during Golden Week on Saturday noon. I was able to visit the big Daikoku-sama in a quiet and solemn atmosphere without anyone. I wanted to walk a little distance, so I walked from Nishikashima station.
I walked from Futamata. It is said that you will climb a slope. Daikokuten has been taken up. I like to climb a mountain road to the observatory when I climb from the back of the graveyard. I feel like I don't care about small things.
It takes a little time to walk from Tenryu Hamanako Railway Futamata Station. It's more convenient to drive! Komyoyama and Komyoji here seem to be a very large site. The whole mountain felt like a shrine. Looking at the mountain from the square where Daikokutendo is located, there is a temple on the hillside. Is it Okunoin? Can you worship like hiking in the mountains? I was refrained from doing so because I wasn't confident in my physical strength.
I've been there several times before, but I think it's a famous temple in the Tenryu area. It seems that Komyo Electric Railway was running temporarily from Iwata before the war. I imagine that there were probably many worshipers. It seemed that it was my first time to have a friend who went with me, but I was worried while walking to see where Komyoji Temple was. I could see Okunoin of Komyoji Temple from a distance. Under the Okunoin, I climbed the main hall on a slope or stone steps. I wonder if there was a monument of Komyoyama Kofun tumulus at the beginning of the stone steps and there was an old tumulus ...
