    Take the ferry to Moltenort, then its a 5 minute walk to the memorial. Beautiful memorial and the number of names on the plarques is very sobering.

    Arrived there around 5 pm, as stated by others parking really seems to be an issue here. The memorial is well maintained. Seeing all those names on the walls... Additionaly the view of the Kieler Foe...

    The monument is located near Kiel on the Kieler Bay. Visible from the outside is mainly an Eagle on a column. There is a lot more a few steps down. It gives you a lot of details of all the U-Boats and...
