Comparing Germany with Japanese cities, we find that there are few fresh food stores such as fish shops and greengrocers in Germany, and bookstores. The city that regularly opens the fish shop and the greengrocer of the fixed store plays the role, and the bookstore is substituted by a substantial library. This city library also plays a sufficient role.
