Today, I will show you about Skye, an island in the northwest of Scotland, the largest and northernest of the Hebrides in the west of Scotland. It is located near the northwest of Scotland. It is about 50 kilometers long and less than 5 miles wide. Most of the islands are high-level marshlands (also known as "peat marsh" or "moss marsh", for the later stages of marsh development), and are not suitable for cultivation, so since ancient times, Skye has been a desolate, barren island. The largest and northernmost island in the Hebrides archipelago of Scotland, closest to the Scottish mainland. It is part of the Scottish Highland Council area and is part of the historic county of Inverness. The widest is less than 8 km (5 miles). Most of the island is high moorland. Small farms are still widely distributed. In the late 18th and early 19th centuries, farmers lived in extreme hardship, and many were forced to leave their homes.
