Leaving Forks and passing through the mysterious rainforest, I thought I had finally emerged from the twilight forest. The next moment, I was greeted by an even more dreamlike scene—Ruby Beach. 🏖 This is one of the most atmospheric beaches in Olympic National Park: • Giant driftwood trees dot the sand like natural sculptures. • Mist lingers, and the reefs and waves intertwine to create a chilling and stunning scene. • At sunset, the entire beach is bathed in twilight. Standing here, I couldn't help but exclaim: 👉 "Finally out of the twilight forest, only to walk into the twilight sea." At that moment, the wind rustled my hair, the crashing waves sounded like background music, and I felt like I was standing in a film reel. 🚗 How to Get There • Ruby Beach is about a 35-minute drive from Forks. • Parking is located at the beach entrance, just a few minutes' walk away. 📸 Highlights • Driftwood Forest: Perfect for capturing atmospheric photos. • Sea Stacks: When the tide recedes, the reef is exposed, creating a breathtaking spectacle. • Sunset: Dusk is the highlight of Ruby Beach. 💡Tips • Bring a jacket, as the wind can be strong. • If you're planning on taking photos, check the tide chart in advance; low tide offers the best views. • Evenings offer fewer people and a more tranquil atmosphere. Ruby Beach isn't a bustling beach; it's more like a dark poem.
