What travelers say:

Yanshui Pavilion, located in the Ganzi Lake on the south bank of the Yangtze River in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, is one of the famous attractions in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. It is rumored to be the former site of Zhou Yu, the famous general of the three countries. The Tang Dynasty poet Bai Juyi began to build a pavilion in the lake, taking his "Minhang" verse "the vast river soaked in the moon", called "soaked moon pavilion". When Song agent Zhou Dunxu lectured in Jiujiang, he built another pavilion on the lake embankment, taking the "mountain water color thin cage smoke" verse, named "smoky water pavilion". Over time, both pavilions were destroyed. At the end of the Ming Dynasty, the Yanshui Pavilion was rebuilt on the former site of the Yueting Pavilion. In the Ganzi Lake, the terrace was far away from the worldly red dust. Walked through the Jiuqu Bridge and entered the cave gate, which was surrounded by water. In the environment surrounded by powder walls, towering terraces, rich green trees, and flat lakes. It is like reaching a paradise. The pavilion is a water raft-style building, with boat hall, green light, Jingbo Building, Chunyang Palace and so on. The left wall of Chunyang Palace is embedded in the stone tablet, engraved with the word "shou", composed of the words "Nine to the Alchemy", passed down to the handwriting of Lu Dongbin. The cultural relics are displayed in the palace, and the sand scales marked by Donglin Temple are the most striking. The abbot in front of the pavilion, the stone carving fence is covered with water, and the weeping willows and cypresses are dotted with it. There are stone chiselled "Tibetan Swords" on both sides, which is rumored to be because the blade of the Shuangjian Peak in the north of Lushan is directly facing Jiujiang City, so people chiselled the stone collection. From the Yanshui Pavilion to the south, in the far distance between the sparkling lake and the water bank, the green mountains are rolling and rolling, which is known as the summer resort of Lushan. Looking out at the Yanshui Pavilion, there is no scenery.
