I thought it was an interesting place for history lovers.
Original Text
It is a cemetery of the Shimazu family, the lord of the Satsuma domain, where tourists can visit slowly at a relatively low rate. Surrounded by dense trees 々, it is a quiet place. It's less well-known than Shoko Shuseikan and Sengonen, but I thought it was an interesting place for history lovers.
The grave of Prince Qibin seems to be a little lonely.

Behind Jade Dragon High School is the graveyard of the Shimazu family at Jade Dragon Mountain Fukushoji Temple. Passenger cars can enter until the last minute, but it's hard to return, so don't overdo it. I will go to greet Nariakira once every 10 years. Is it Ryukyu style? It is an elaborate and beautiful tomb. In the olden days, it was also at the bamboo park of Nanshu Shrine. The tomb of Nariakira is a little modest in the back, but in front of the graveyard there are large stone steps and stone monuments, reminiscent of the Shimazu family's past.
now the old large temple left only by the shimazu family graveyard

It used to be a large temple with 1,500 monks, but it was abandoned due to the Haibutsu kishaku in the Meiji era, and now a school stands on the site of the temple, leaving only the Shimazu family's graveyard. The former feudal lords are buried in the graveyard, reminiscent of the Shimazu family's power in Kagoshima. Although it is a graveyard, it is quite large and well maintained, and there are few visitors, so you can spend a relaxing time.
