The sightseeing train called Noroko runs between Kushiro Station and this Toji Station. It is operated only during the summer sightseeing season, but this train passing right next to Kushiro Marsh at a slow speed is very popular to get tickets. It is a station with few passengers who usually get on and off, but before the Norokko arrives, several sightseeing buses and cars waiting for canoe customers down the Kushiro River are waiting in front of the station. JR One of the stations on the Semmo Main Line, the platform of the relatively large station building has a rain shelter.
