I worshiped the first sunrise in 2016! This is a historic place where Izumi Shikibu threw himself, but there is also a park where you can ski glasses. Although it is about 20 minutes drive from the center of Kunitomi Town, the altitude is high, so you can see the sun rising from the Pacific Ocean. I don't have much knowledge about the main temple, so please refer to the comments of another person.
