The Attraction is located at the north end of Xinglin Road, Linqing City, Shandong Province, close to the highway entrance and the South-to-North Water Diversion System, with a planned area of ​​500 mu and a construction area of ​​68,000 square meters. It includes: 25,000 square meters of brick-wood structure antique buildings; 11,000 square meters of brick-wood structure landscape pavilions, corridors, and bridges; 27,800 square meters of service steel-concrete structure buildings such as supporting offices, 117,000 square meters of greening, and 120,000 square meters of water area. The project integrates landscape gardens, landscape architecture, leisure and entertainment, and cultural tourism.
