Luojiadong Temple is a combination of Tibetan and Chinese. The temple was built in the first year of Jingtai in the Ming Dynasty. It was destroyed by fire in the 11th year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty. During the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, the local monk Luo Zhongcheng first advocated and raised funds to build the temple. The origin and history of Luojiadong Temple pass through the Liujiaxia Hydropower Station Dam in Yongjing County, rushing west, and suddenly turning north.
