good, but a steep hill!
The caves aren't too expensive at 700yen for entry, but be warned as the hill going down into the caves is pretty steep - and then you have to walk all the way back up it at the end - so not too great...

I visited during the summer season. Park your car in the parking lot, buy an admission ticket and walk to the entrance of the limestone cave. Regarding the time required for the tour, it took about 20 minutes for the limestone cave alone and about 20 minutes for the round trip to the entrance of the limestone cave. There is a restroom and a coffee shop in the parking lot. The temperature in the cave was very cool in 9 ℃ even in the summer, and it felt like I was in a natural refrigerator. The cave has many stalactites of a wider and unusual shape than expected, and I was fascinated by the mysterious landscape created by nature ...

It goes down a steep slope of 100m from the parking lot, but it has already been discovered since the Heian period and is said to be the oldest limestone hole in Japan as described in literature. The illuminated stalactite holes vary from place to place, and the huge holes are overwhelming. Bats settled on the ceiling, but they did not slap unless they made a loud noise. The "Five-storied Pagoda" consisting of 22-story stalactites, which is said to be the best in Japan, is a masterpiece and is recommended.

It's worth climbing down the steep slopes.
