It is okay
We were here in August, and there was no waterfall, and it was dry. It is nice to be there, but without the waterfall, it is not that interesting. Anyways we stayed 2 hours looking at frogs.
It's a beautiful piece of nature and definitely worth a visit. Although there was no waterfall we did see some water. We also walked a bit downhill and followed the creek which I'd recommend to do so ...

Finding the waterfall was a bit tricky but once you get down, the water is super cold and refreshing. My brothers even did a few jumps as the water was very deep.
