besides the weather being almost triple digits, it is always nice to be able to slip into a public library, access wifi, and park for free. Hannibal Library provides all of these.
creaky floors, musty book smells.... the way libraries used to be. (should be?) doesnt have everything, but a useful visit, connecting to iNet. but why charge tourists nickels 'n dimes for the service...

nice place to rest or get wifi
