Good place to visit and the activities downtown are worth the trip. Look close or you will miss some hidden gems from food and courthouse to shopping and activities
Courthouse fun
This is a great courthouse square. There are many summer music events on the lawn and the building is lovely. Grab a lunch to go from an uptown restaurant and have a picnic!

Worth a stop in Morganton
My husband and I were having dinner with friends in Morganton and came early to wander around town. The Old Burke County Courthouse sits right in the heart of downtown. We were there too late in the...
