Ruins with a view
You can drive to this fortress. The views of Bourtzi Castle, Aegean sea and ruins are great! There are a lot of flowers and a lot of cacti. You can strike the bell at one place.
Another castle in Nafplion - maybe not as extensive and tiring as Palamidi castle, but impressive nonetheless. A great place to explore and a fun and interesting way to spend the afternoon.
Stronger walls with Greek, Roman, Byzantine, Venetian and Ottoman defensive add-ons.

Excellent view!
Nice walk around the the area! Great view as well! Would recommend instead of the 1000 steps castle on top, but both are enjoyable!
Great place to explore
