It is a green space maintained when the 20 irrigation canals and Yuroki bad waterways parallel to the same Neya River were put together. It's quite long to walk upstream of Seseragi Park from near Neyagawa Station. It is also a transportation route to the local station.
There is an explanation board with the history of the green park, and it seems that the former 々 has reclaimed the place where it was a waterway and is the current park. It was a long park along the remaining waterway, and when I visited in winter, the leaves of the tree 々 fell and I felt cold 々. The locals were taking a walk and there were few people, but the cherry blossom season seems to be very busy.
