It is very close to the former Katahigashimura Office. The admission fee is 500 yen. It seems that a special exhibition is held every autumn, and this time, art and crafts related to the imperial family and the Miyake were exhibited, probably with the revision. I feel that there were many things from the Takamatsunomiya family in particular. There were also many other songs by Empress Dowager Shoken. The second floor was a permanent exhibition, and the work of a painter from Niigata City, who died in the war at a young age, was exhibited.
