Flag on the mountain
It is a modern art-style poem monument made of iron plate standing in a corner of the precincts of Suitengu. The "Flag on the Mountain" written by Bunichiro Kawamura, who is also known as an orthopedic surgeon and poet from Otaru, for the monument built in 1993 is engraved.
