A castle built with marble remrants from other sites. Truly impressive to see the marble pillars placed horizontically to establish town's fortification.
Great example of ancient civilization ruins being consumed by modernity real shame. But still visible.
Impressive ancient Roman ruins from the Germanic. Period. It is an absolute pity to see such a wonderful ruins, being consumed by a city in the Catholic Church.

Pass through the market street and you might find this gem. Fascinating architectural archeology and history. Beautiful views of the Bay at Parakia await.
