Tianguan Water Conservancy Leisure Resort in Qianjiang, Hubei Province, is connected to Hanyi Expressway in the south, National Highway 318 in the north, Qianjiang Central District in the east, and Jianghan Oilfield Headquarters in the west. Eight years after Tongzhi reign in the Qing Dynasty (1869), the Hanjiang River burst its dike at Longtouguai (now known as Zekou) and burst out a river course. The ancient Zhangzhangtaobao Tianguan Water Conservancy Resort is developed and constructed by the Tianguan Water Conservancy Project Management Office. The resort consists of "One River (Tianguan River) and two islands (Tianguan Island, Liu Ling Island)", overlooking the same "One Dragon Play and Two Pearls". Tianguan River is 30 kilometers long and runs through Changhu Lake and Dongjing River. The two sides are green, clear, winding and stretching like dragons; Tianguam is the leader, directly inserted into the East Jinghe River, covering more than 500 mu, surrounded by water, shaded by green trees, fresh air, bird-like flowers; Liuling Island is located in Longwei, near the Changhu Lake, covering more than 600 mu, green waves ripple, brilliant blue sky, ancient camphor upright, shady day. Its crossing cableway, artificial Metasequoia forest and so on constitute a unique river beach landscape.

In the Qianjiang River, Hubei, the south is connected to Hanyi Expressway, the north is 318 National Road, the east is 8 kilometers away from the central city of Qianjiang, and the west is at the headquarters of Jianghan Oilfield. The geographical position is superior and the transportation network is smooth. In the eight years of Qing Tongzhi (1869), the Han River is turning at the leading head.
