Lovely
Had a lovely 4 nights in Sami. Enjoyed wandering around the seafront, browsing cafes and shops. Plenty of bakeries and eateries.
Windy part of island
Nice enough part of Kefalonia but Sami is on east cost and this side of the island is windy so swimming not as easy. Pebble beaches like most part of the island but area lacks any pretty coves. Stil...
Beautiful Spot and Public Beach
The port offers some taverns, coffee, icecream and souvenir shops. We walked along the beach and went down by stairs to a public beach with no sunbeds but very relaxing and great swim spot.
