JR、コトデン共に志度駅から数分の街中

JRとコトデン共に志度駅から徒歩数分の距離でした。 志度の街中と言ってもよく、観光客も参拝し易い立地に違いありませんでした。 参道正面の山門を潜って境内に入るとまるで植物園のようでもあり、意外と見通しがきかない状態でした。あえて草木をそうしているのでしょうが、荒れているようにも見えてしまいました。

四国霊場第８６番札所、補陀洛山清浄光院の山号・院号を持つ古寺。

寺院全体的に清掃が行き届いてない雑然とした遍路寺ですね、縁起は創建後１４００年を誇る名刹中の名刹なのに・・・堂塔も多く、由緒ある物語も多い寺院なのに・・残念ですね。真言宗善通寺派寺院で本尊は十一面観世音菩薩。「海女の墓」とか「奪衣婆堂」「五重塔」等々、他の遍路寺よりも素晴らしい要素もあるのに・・・記憶に残っているのが、雑然とした草茫々の境内だけとは・・・遺憾ですねぇ。元々、僧侶や信者の修行と学問の...
