Historic building - museum - meet the locals - cafe!
Over 100 years of history - fishing fleet master home, fishing workers' dormitory...and then later lodging house...now the gently lit, wooden building is a cafe and local history collection. Local peo...
This is a banya in the United States of Shakotan Town, and it is difficult to understand because it is between the national highway and the port. You can visit this place for free of charge, and with the decline of herring fishing at that time, it is used while changing its roles with inns and boarding houses, and it is wonderful as a building. You can also have light meals and tea.
I casually found this place because I wanted to take a break between sightseeing in Shakotan Peninsula. It is a building where you can use the cafe with the interior of the old Ichibanya. I received sea urchin rice balls for 600 yen and coffee for 400 yen cream anmitsu for 600 yen. You can take a break in a historic building I had a wonderful time. The tour is free, but please spend a leisurely time while tasting coffee.
Stop by when sightseeing in the central Hokkaido area. Stop by while waiting for the underwater observation ship New Shakotan cruise. It is within walking distance from the boarding area parking lot. It is a renovated old sardine fishing banya and has an atmosphere. The tour of the hut itself is free, so if you have time, please stop by.
I happened to find it on the way back from a sightseeing boat on the Shakotan Peninsula. A two-story old salmon fishing banya (a netbook and a hut where fishermen slept) is opened, and you can enjoy simple meals and drinks. The tour of the hut itself is free. Your husband will explain it carefully. The wife of the building that is really tasty said that she also slept at the banya when she was a child ... It feels like she visited an acquaintance's house, and her personality is good. Awari, It's free ...
