It is one of China's top ten film bases. The main attractions of Shanghai Film Park consist of Nanjing Road, Shikumen Lilong, Zhejiang Road Bridge, Catholic Church, European-style villas, and other film and television shooting landscapes, covering an area of 800,000 square meters, and is an antique architectural complex with the culture of the Republic of China as the background. When I have already boarded the tram to Nanjing Road, traveling back to the Shanghai Bund of the Republic of China period, do you feel a sense of familiarity? This bridge looks familiar, doesn't it? Zhejiang Road Bridge is right before your eyes, and the scene from 'Blossoms' reappears. Here you can also find Shikumen Lilong, which are one of the iconic attractions of old Shanghai, and many film and television works with old Shanghai backgrounds are shot here. The Shanghai Film Park mainly consists of Nanjing Road, West Nanjing Road, Shikumen Lilong, Moller Villa, Shanghai Grand Theatre, German Villas, Spanish Buildings, British Villas, Churches, Peace Square, Suzhou River Steel Bridge, and other film and television shooting landscapes, as well as studios, costume warehouses, prop warehouses, and set factories. It is an antique architectural complex with the culture of the Republic of China as its background. The fully furnished and realistic scenic spots that have been built provide ideal filming scenes for film and television creation, and also open up a new path for people to revisit the colorful charm of old Shanghai. Dozens of films and hundreds of TV series have been shot here. Shanghai Film Park City Walk. Today, City Walk has reached Shanghai Film Park, and there are probably many friends who still don't know about this place. It seems that 'Romance in the Rain' was filmed here, and 'Blossoms' was also shot here. There is an admission fee for this place, and parking costs about 20. It's necessary to spend half a day strolling and taking photos. Inside, there are many scenes of old Shanghai, which are quite picturesque. It's advisable to ask in advance whether the filming areas open for visitation are accessible.

The scenic area is not large, and it can be toured in half a day. Many scenes are being filmed and cannot be entered, which is a bit disappointing. Saw the familiar scenes from 'Kung Fu Hustle', 'Romance in the Rain', and 'Lust, Caution'. The bridge is already rusty, it's been too long. It's far from the city center, so you have to take a taxi specifically. There were very few people when I went, giving it an exclusive feel, it would have been nice if there were performances, a desolate film city, but it brought back many childhood memories.

A wonderful, modern city, but be sure to visit the old towns as well. The historic Bund, the modern architecture, the historic Yuyuan Gardens and the surrounding shopping streets, the pedestrian-only Nanjing Road. Try visiting the ancient water city just outside the city. There are many shopping shops and cafes in the city. There is also Burkerking and McDonalds. Tianzifang is a nice place to visit for older style Chinese buildings and modern shops. 1 hour from the city is Disneyland which is open every day. And 50 minutes from the center is the Shanghai Film Park, where various films were and are being shot. The time of my visit was June to July, during these months it rains and is hot almost every day.
