It's like, it comes out straight from a fairy tale book. 😍 Fairy Lake Botanical Garden also known as Xianhu Botanical Garden is a 1349.20 acre botanical garden located at Liantang Subdistrict in Luohu, Shenzhen. It is situated at the foot of the Sycamore mountain (Wutongshan), beside the Shenzhen reservoir. Infact there is an entry way, or a starting point of a trail goin up the the Wutong mountain inside Fairy Lake garden. This garden got a "National AAAA level tourist site" by the China National Tourism Administration in 2007. This garden got several gardens inside it. Like the Orchid and Butterfly garden, Bonsai garden, to name a few. The Fairy Lake itself, plus the famous Hongfa temple is also located within Fairylake Botanical garden. Fairy Lake, Xianhu Botanical ParkFairy Lake or Xianhu gardens is a large botanical park located in Yantian district of Shenzhen, to get there you should take the subway to Xianhu road and walk for about 5 minutes to get to the entrance. Alternatively you could take a 20 min shuttle bus or taxi from Luohu. It costs 10RMB per person for entry which is really cheap for what you get access to. The park is primarily a large road and walking trail filled with different species of plants, most of the trees and flowers have labels telling you their scientific names which is really cool. If you dont want to walk all the way around the park (probably takes 1.5 hours) you can take a bus to the interesting points. I would suggest the bus if you travel here during hot summer months as it can get particularly humid and sweaty here. There are several points of interest around the park, the first of which is the main central lake, with a small rocky beach area and a few small rivers, they sometimes have boats on the lake. Nearby are some trees planted by famous Chinese leaders. There are several small gardens like aquatic plants, bonsai garden (currently closed), fossil forest, pagoda, temple and cactus garden. The cacti are particularly impressive and i highly recommend visiting. Xianhu Botanical Garden is a representative park in Shenzhen. There is a Suifa Temple, a cactus botanical garden, and a hand planting tree by Grandpa Deng Xiaoping. It is a good place for children to play. There is a large oversized lawn. It is recommended
The Botanical Garden is divided into six major scenic spots, including the sky and earth scenic spots, lake area, temple area, desert botanical area, fossil forest scenic spot and pine and cypress cuckoo scenic spot. There are more than a dozen garden attractions such as Dongtian, Liangyi Pavilion, Yudai Bridge, Longzun Pagoda, Tingtao Pavilion, Range Rover Pavilion, Die Valley Youlan. And a unique museum of paleontology, unique garden architecture, mysterious plant kingdom, is full of praise. The Suifa Temple is here, known as the most spiritual temple, the incense is very strong, locals often come here to burn incense.
Xianhu Botanical Garden is located on Xianhu Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen (close to Xianhu Road Metro Station). It is a national-level tourist attraction. It was built in 1983 and officially opened to the public on May 1, 1988. It is a collection of plant scientific research and popularization, species relocation and preservation and display. The Xianhu Botanical Garden has a rich variety of plants and beautiful lakes and mountains, suitable for walking around when you want to relax. Shenzhen's famous temple, the Fa Temple, is here. The incense is very strong, and locals often come here to burn incense. Xianhu Botanical Garden is located in the northeast suburb of Shenzhen, the first peak of Shenzhen in the east, the mountain, and the reservoir in the west. The whole garden is divided into the heavens and earth scenic spots, lake area, temple area, desert plant area, fossil forest scenic spot and pine and cypress rhododendron scenic spot. Among the six major scenic spots, there are various kinds of plant flowers, as well as interesting plant gossip maze and other scenic spots. The Suifa Temple is located in the temple area and the incense is very good. The lake area is mainly composed of Xianhu and its surrounding attractions. The other three areas, as their name suggests, can see the relevant plants separately. You can take a bus at the gate of the scenic spot. The bus goes directly to the Suifa Temple, of course if you want to walk and climb the mountain yourself. If you choose to walk, firstly through a road full of woods, you will see many different kinds of trees, and then through an artificial lake (sometimes you can see people reading the release spell by the lake, maybe due to the relationship of the Suifa Temple, often people come here to release), after the lake to the Suifa Temple. Suifa Temple can be transferred to the scenic battery car here. The electric car is a circular line. The order is: Suifa Temple-Lake District-Bonsai Garden-Desert Botanical Zone-Paleobiological Museum-Fossil Forest Zone-Medicinal Botanical Zone-Tingtao Pavilion-Liangyi Pavilion-Suifa Temple. If you have good physical strength, you can still choose to walk. It is also in the order of battery cars, of which in the lake area is Xianhu, there are pedal boats and electric boats to sit, you can choose to take a boat tour of the lake.
