Tarama Island is 20 minutes by plane from Miyako Island and 2 hours by ferry. It is a small island surrounded by flat corals overall. In August of the lunar calendar, there is a big event called August Odori, and the island is crowded. The beach on the island is beautiful and the scenery is maintained as there are not many people to go. Why don't you take a little far from Miyakojima and visit by ferry?
