Small site but well maintained
To know that this goes back to Roman times is a real treat. If you are not a history buff, this gate is also kinda like the start of a shopping belt to do some window shopping.
This is one of the old doors that were built aside the roman walls. It is still quite well preserved and gives a sense of history to your tour. Not to be missed.
Thios is a very old roman gate that is worth looking at as you go round the historic center of the city. One side is ornate but the other is quite plain.
They don’t seem to be doing work on this or within vicinity but the barriers are up and around these beautiful walls. At height, you can still get a good photo of this. Amazing architecture.

Building work ruins the view!

A curiosity
A monument that transports you to the centre of the city and shopping area just cross it.
