Luoyang Zhaojue Temple is also known as Gu Zhaojue Temple. It is located on Zhaojueling Peak, North Sundu Village, Hengshui Town, Mengjin District, Luoyang City, Henan Province. It covers an area of about 100 mu. It was built in the Jin Dynasty and rebuilt in the Tang Dynasty. There are four temples and three courtyards of the Central Hospital, the East Courtyard is the living area, and the West Courtyard is the cultural area. The temple sits south and north, the temple is brilliant, the bells are heard far away, the incense is strong, the green pine and cypress, and there are more than 100 monks. There are exquisite stone carvings such as stone horses, stone lions and stone sheep outside the temple. The surrounding environment is open, relaxed and happy, and elegant.
