It's not a tourist spot.

When I was hanging out when I returned to the station from Lake Kinrin, I came to this bridge. Mt. Yufu seen from around here is certainly beautiful, but the bridge is just a drum bridge for pedestrians. It's not a tourist spot.
From Lake Kinrin, I walked toward the Yufuin station side on the road that runs south parallel to the Yunotsubo Highway. For a while from the lakeside, proceed through a nice atmosphere of grove. This bridge, Hotarukan Bridge, was built on a small river beyond that. Hotarukan Bridge is a small wooden bridge and is a pretty drum bridge. This name was probably given because fireflies can be seen around here in summer.

If you walk along the Yunotsubo Highway from Yufuin Station, you will find the Yunotsubo River Bridge just in front of Lake Kinrin, where you will be located downstream (turn right) along the river and join the river from Lake Kinrin. The bridge itself is new and is a wooden drum bridge. It seems to be this name because you can see fireflies.
I went east along the bustling Yunotsubo Highway while looking at various shops, and then walked around the quiet Lake Kinrin to Hotarumi Bridge. From Lake Kinrin, I went along the promenade along the river. It is a very nice atmosphere in a place where luxury inns are scattered in the thickness of trees 々. This Hotarukan Bridge is a bridge over the Yunotsubo River near the confluence with the Oita River. It's a small wooden bridge, but it's a lovely bridge with a taste. It seems that you can see Genji Botal in early summer ...
It's a bridge over the river, but I thought the water was very beautiful, but I felt a little disappointing because there were a lot of grass and garbage falling around.

It's called "Hotarumi Bridge."
