Zhusheng Temple

Zhusheng Temple is one of the key Buddhist monasteries in the country. It was built in the Ming Jiajing period. The Zhusheng Temple gradually decayed in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties, and was rebuilt with the help of Cixi Master. Cixi sealed the "Guozhu Sheng Temple", giving valuable cultural relics such as car, purple clothes, jade prints and other.

Zhusheng Temple is located on the mountainside of Jizu Mountain in Binchuan County, Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It was originally named Yingshi Temple and also known as Mengxuan. It was built in the Jiajing years of the Ming Dynasty. The total area is more than 13,000 square meters, and the mountain is on the rise. It is surrounded by red walls and green trees. The tall wall is painted with the "Panorama of Jizu Mountain". In 1984, it was determined by the State Council as one of the key Buddhist monasteries in the country. The current abbot is a grand monk.
