The look is the best.

The weather was nice so I went with my husband and wife. I'm not sure where I went is the hill park where you can see everyone. I will post a photo. There is no doubt that I went to Nissei.
You can go to the top by car, but we recommend your feet. Since the altitude is low, you can climb with your own feet, but I think it is better to avoid the hot summer season. The top is a park and the view is amazing. Please go out with your camera.
Detailed evaluation 3.8 It's a great view, but when an oncoming car comes, you have to go through a fairly difficult mountain road. The number of cars can be parked is about 3. If there is another hill, you can look around. It's a pity that it's a little deserted park.
I went by car. One car finally climbs the wide road. A few cars can be parked in the square with a public toilet just in front of the top. When I went up, there was one customer, but there seemed to be almost no space to pass each other even if I confronted him on the way. It seems that it takes about 30 minutes to walk up, but if you visit again, you won't climb by car. It's such a risky mountain road.

The scenery is good, but ...
The view at the top is wonderful, but I don't want to go many times because I'm afraid of driving and scenery until I arrive.
Access is a little bit.
