GGuest User: We have been to St Joseph many times but never stayed at the Boulvard, what a mistake on our part. It is a perfect location, very convenient and in walking to distance to the cute downtown, the beach, splash pad, restaurants and ice cream! There was only a small mishap with the hotel, one of the two elevators didn't work the first couple days of our stay. The wait for the elevator was longer than normal but nothing to ruin our stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the complementarity breakfast was set up very nice and the dining room for the breakfast was impressive. I will not stay any other place when visiting St. Joseph.

GGuest User: The room was as clean and tidy as always, and the TV had a good selection of programs, making it perfect for business travelers. The hotel provides breakfast, and parking is free. The front desk staff were very helpful and changed my room free of charge.

Wwsran: I stay here every time I come to Benton Harbor. I am very satisfied with the sanitary conditions and hardware facilities. The breakfast is just ordinary food with few choices, but this is the case for all high-end hotels here.

GGuest User: The hotel is next to Lake Michigan and has beautiful scenery. The room is clean and tidy, with a microwave, air conditioner, and no slippers, toothbrushes or bottled water. Breakfast is relatively simple. I can't expect it to be as rich as at home. I like apples and a meaty salty porridge and eat it every day. The hotel service was very satisfactory, but there was an issue. I couldn't check out early, and Ctrip didn't inform me about it. On the last night, I applied for early check-out, but Ctrip told me that I couldn't do so. So I planned to go back and continue my stay, but the hotel canceled the room without refunding the room fee. At my request, the hotel manager helped me book a nearby hotel. Hotel, pay for yourself. After negotiating with Ctrip customer service for two or three days, I was refunded. This matter took up a lot of my time and alarmed many customer service staff. Ctrip's service is considered to be in place, and attention should be paid to the details of overseas bookings, which truly makes travel worry-free.
