guojun-:“This place is on Vancouver Island, and it takes 1.5 hours to get there by ferry from Vancouver. If you choose to stay on the island, the Castle Bay Hotel in this town is the best! This hotel is right by the sea, and the sea view from the room is super clear. I have stayed in many high-end hotels, but this hotel is the most satisfactory to me. The price is very affordable, and you can enjoy the sea view superbly! There is no more affordable and beautiful scenery on the island than this hotel...”

wen***3y:“At first, I thought it was just an ordinary suspension bridge. It didn't seem to be anything special. The ticket price was expensive, and the cost performance was not good. Later, I saw a 50% discount on Viator. I planned to board the cruise in the afternoon, so I went anyway. When I arrived at the gate, I found that there were many tourists. As expected, I had to queue up to get on the suspension bridge. Fortunately, I only queued for about 15 minutes. I thought it would be better to go earlier if there were fewer people. This attraction is still very fun to take children. Although we have been to the Wangtianshu Scenic Area in China before, the treetop adventure section is similar, but here there is a task list for children at the entrance, and they can exchange small gifts for completing it. There are many introductions about animals and plants. You can listen to the explanation according to the schedule, and you will also have the opportunity to touch the animals. It is suitable for children to explore and discover by themselves. The Hawk who likes to bask in the sun is very cute.”

Dominic:“Merridale Cidery is the only cider factory on Vancouver Island. It not only has an apple orchard and brewing workshop, but also a large lawn, a souvenir shop and a well-received restaurant. In addition, there are even several yurt-style hotel rooms. The manor is also a popular holiday destination and wedding venue.
At first glance, the apple orchard in the winery is no different from the common ones in China, except that the ground is covered with red fruits. No one picks the apples used for winemaking from the trees, but waits for them to ripen naturally and fall to the ground, then picks them up, collects them, washes them, squeezes the juice and then makes wine.
After visiting the cider brewing process, the owner of the winery, Janete, took us to the bar in the distillery. The wine tasting session that I was most looking forward to arrived as scheduled. Cider is a good aperitif, with a refreshing and slightly sweet taste, and it can stimulate appetite. Merridale's several cider flavors are different, and the food used to accompany the wine - snacks, cheese and ham are also different.
In addition to the basic cider, the "Cowichan Spirit" series produced by Merridale also includes gin, vodka, apple brandy, cognac... The 43-degree gin is not spicy at all, it is very smooth and has a distinct fruity aroma.
The waiter looks very much like Joseph, with a very rich expression and a good atmosphere. These wines have undergone multiple refinements, fading from the original form of the fruit and turning into the mellow fragrance that permeates the mouth and nose at this moment.”

If you are here for vacation, you will never regret this restaurant! When we arrived at around 5:00, the waiter found a panoramic corner for us (Figure 1) just in time to see the sunset. The scenery is particularly good, and the mountain view is unobstructed! ✅Highly recommend this Ginger-Honey Duck Breast (Figure 8) It's so delicious! The duck meat is very tender, and the side dishes are also very good. There is also mustard-flavored mashed potatoes, which is a bit weird, but the more you eat, the more addictive it is! ✅The cheese is also delicious (Figure 6) Those who like spicy food have spicy cheese, and you must eat this one! 💰25-30 per person, the price is really good, just for this scenery, isn’t it super value~ ... Especially suitable for candlelight dinners and weddings, there is also a grand piano
