Beautiful Summer Flower Gardens in Osaka🌻🌸

Tsurumi Flower Exhibition Memorial Park, Ryokuchi, Osaka🍃🌻🌸 Anyone who loves flowers should visit this park; it's incredibly spacious and inviting. There's a garden with beautiful flower beds, a Dutch-style windmill hill, a dog park, and a lake in the front. I was able to enjoy the park for free and spent a whole summer here. It's conveniently located in Osaka, not in the busiest city center, but in Tsurumi Ryokuchi. Most importantly, the park is easily accessible and close to Tsurumi Station, so I didn't have to walk far. Just arriving at the station is captivating, with colorful flower paintings and potted flowers. From summer to autumn, you'll find a wide variety of blooming flowers. If you're heading to Japan anytime soon, you absolutely have to check out the Nemophila flowers at Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park. It's absolutely stunning, entry is completely free, and there's a fantastic food market filled with homemade treats cooked up by locals. Plus, getting to the park is a total breeze! I highly recommend getting off at Tsurumi Ryokuchi Station, as it's much closer to the windmill area. The park itself is massive and features plenty of gorgeous flower zones to explore.

Osaka Sakuya Konohana-kan Tropical Fruit Exhibition 2026

A tropical fruit exhibition will be held from April 29 to May 6, 2026, at the Sakikuyako no Hanakakan, a large botanical garden within Tsurumi Ryokichi Park in Osaka. The event will offer visitors the opportunity to explore approximately 40 kinds of tropical fruits, such as mangoes, lychees, bananas, dragon fruit, and jaboticaba, showcasing their different stages of ripeness. The exhibition emphasizes interactive experiences, allowing visitors to learn about how these fruits grow and connect them to the fruits seen in shops. Guided tours with tastings will be offered daily during the event, along with hands-on workshops such as Thai fruit carving, natural banana leaf dyeing, and making Taiwanese aiyu jelly. Some activities require an additional fee. This event is suitable for all ages and is ideal for families, solo travelers, and groups. In addition to the fruit displays, the exhibition will also feature cultural exhibits and performances from Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, India, and Tahiti.
