Elbik:“Absolutely fantastic. Would recommend the buggy ride around the garden. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The house and all the staff made you feel very welcome and relaxed. The markets are really good and have a very nice vibe and the house itself is decorated very well with a different theme every year. This year it's Henry and the Lion! The gardens are also lit up at night so definitely go for a walk after leaving the house if you have time. You will need to book tickets early ..”
Todemmy:“Hardwick Hall and Gardens is very royal in style! It is worth seeing, exquisite and elegant. The garden lawn outside the door is very finely trimmed. Overall, it is very beautiful and great for taking photos!”
易茜韵楹:“The castle is also free for English Heritage members to visit. The castle has bare rooms and some furniture. The volunteers were very helpful in discovering unusual features. The castle has themed play areas. There are some ghost tours available in the evenings.”
悠游天下99168:“The sea of flowers outside the castle is still pure white, the emerald green vines outside the old wall are a little denser, the dilapidated bell tower seems to still have traces of fire, the carved windows, the spotless piano, everything is exactly the same as described in "Jane Eyre"”

Maureen:“Chose because of location and Price. Was pleasantly surprised at spacious room and ennsuite. Very clean, staff all excellent. Bar area was a bit noisy but there was a large Xmas party in the restaurant so to be expected. Excellent breakfast. Will stay again.”
oni victor:“I checked in for 1 night. Very col, located just at a motorway service area. There's macdonalds just around the corner. They have ample parking space, the staff was helpful.”
AmyLC:“We had booked 2 nights here as my friend was having her wedding reception here. The Mour website, trip.com and other booking platforms state they have toiletries available. However, only shower gel was provided. I asked at the reception and the man had an attitude like he didn't care, I explained it was stated on their website, he wasn't bothered. I would have brought it myself but it stated it was provided. The room was nice, big and comfortable. The tiny hanging space hidden behind the bed, the kettle hidden the other side, with a tray covered in stains and spills and cups containing white powder. Far from clean. The price did not reflect the quality here at all and I felt rather embarrassed for my friend as a lot of us stayed here for the wedding. I wouldn't waste my money staying here again.”
Guest User:“A lovely little hotel next to M1, very convenient. Great service brilliant fresh full English breakfasts. Rooms a little small, but comfortable... with a nice hot shower too”
